I am a young professional working in the Longwood area looking to move to a studio or 1 BR apartment within this month or June 1st. My max budget is $1200/month. I'd like to stay in the Cambridge/Somerville area in a quiet neighborhood, or near the Longwood area.
- My 8 y/o spayed female, 35 lb Austrailian cattle dog mix will be living with me; she is housebroken.
- I will need a place to park my car--whether it's a designated parking space or street parking.
- 10 minutes or less walking distance to the Red line/Green line, or bus stop
- Heat/hot water included.
