Not my cat, just a signal boost.  I've seen signs on Highland saying that a black and white tuxedo cat with white paws was lost a week ago on Highland.  One year old, no collar, 10-11 lbs, name is Dmitri.

If you find it, check along Highland for the signs.  They have the owner's phone number.

My first thought is to contact Animal Control @ City of Boston:

You could contact PawSafe, a small no-kill shelter that occupies one room in a building full of artists' studios in Somerville. They might not have a cage available at this season, but they are experienced with trapping cats humanely, getting them veterinary attention if necessary, and the have various foster homes for cats who don't fit in the shelter.

There are a lot of tuxedo cats in the area, though. My girlfriend owns one (indoor cat), there's one on my block we call "Dr. Frankenstein", there's ANOTHER one down the block, there's one two blocks away from me down a nearby street we call "John Connor" (who we met because he literally walked right up to us and two other people and demanded to be pet).

The closest I've come to seeing a non-tuxedo cat is my neighbor's gray and white cat.
