Tom Nash story on the Summer Street condos

In case you missed it, part two of Tom Nash's expose on the developers behind the Summer Street condos / Dilboy Post project can be found here. Since we're all internet geniuses here on LJ, it's probably unnecessary to link part one. The condo/VFW proposal is going in front of the Zoning Board on May 18 (it has been postponed twice).

Thanks for airing this epsiode, Joe. It's a bad situation down here. Good to bring people into the loop with some facts instead of a marketing pitch. A lot of neighbors are feeling outrage about this absurd, unfitting and undesired development.
