Married Couple & dog looking for apartment in Somerville near Davis for 7/1

Mid 30s married couple and dog looking for a nice two bedroom near Davis Sq. Somerville for July 1st. Preferably around Cedar St or closer. (Hudson, Spencer, Lexington, Albion area is great) Would like to stay near the bike path. We are quiet and clean professionals looking for a long term apartment. Things we love: washer and dryer in unit, some sort of yard, a porch, dishwasher, parking, being able to paint, lots of windows. Things we don't like: noisy neighbors, loud streets, wall to wall carpeting and no light.

Would like to stay at or around the $1600 mark but are willing to talk for the right place.

I got my (Cambridge) apartment through Oxford Street Realty, located at 1644 Mass. Ave. (near the big Starbucks). Their phone number is 617-354-3535. They were extremely helpful and courteous, and I believe they deal in Somerville as well as Cambridge. Give it a try.
