davis_squareSo my awesome roommate is leaving me to go to the west coast, and I'm looking for someone to join me in my kickass apartment right in Porter Sq., behind the Shaws (literally, a two-minute walk to the T).
6/1 or 7/1 start date, but I can be pretty flexible.
Specs are -- 3BR being used as a 2BR (with 3d bedroom as TV room / study at the moment), 1 bath. Third floor, spacious, sunny, eat in kitchen, gas stove, hardwood floors, laundry in the basement, a little basement storage available, deck. And did I mention it's right next to the T? Rent is $800/m - heat and hot water included. Lease is month to month.
Seeking quiet but friendly roommate of either sex, young professional or grad student, preferably who enjoys board games, Shakespeare, and cookies. No smokers, no illegal drugs.
