Our exterior door has been sticking because of all the rain and humidity. I tried to wax the edge with a candle, which didn't help, and at the same time I noticed various other problems -- separations in the wooden joints, stripped screws for the wooden "weather stripping", and peeling paint.
Can anyone recommend a handyman or contractor who would be good at fixing up historic wooden doors, without it costing too much?
