Clothing Donation bin on North Street?
May. 21st, 2011 06:31 pmI was running on North Street today and I noticed a clothing and shoe donation bin near the intersection with Broadway. Does anyone know what organization collects at this bin? The location is very convenient to me but I want to know just where my items would be going before I dump stuff in there.
(And if no one here knows I'll have to take a picture with my camera next time so I remember what the bin says when I get home.)

Date: 2011-05-22 12:43 am (UTC)I'm just being lazy and posting to see if someone does know. If not, next time I run past and have my cell phone I'll take a picture so I can remember what it is.
For all I know the bin has been there for years and I just didn't notice it before.

My suggestion -- skip this box and bring your stuff to the Goodwill store in Davis Square instead. You'll be helping a real local charity, and your friends and neighbors will be able to buy what you leave there.
