Seeking 2 bedroom

Just thought I'd put the word out that my boyfriend and I are on the look-out for a 2 bedroom apartment, $1500 or less, small dog allowed, August 1st or September 1st.

I know it's still early!

Happy to talk further if anyone has any leads. We're open to the idea of using a broker, but would prefer to try By Owner at first, mostly to save the fees.

oooooooooo gurrrrrl. We're in competition with you guys. We found one place but got dicked over by the landlord like two months ago. So hopefully more 2 beds for 1500 or less open up! I've see so many 3 beds for 9/1 open, but no 2 beds for 9/1!!

So I suppose I should be forthcoming, that is my place for rent. The apartment is available for rent 9/1, and that's definite. No need to wait until june or July to go searching.

I'm looking for the same, but no pets. I talked to a broker and he said most landlords ask for 60-90 days notice of a move, so a LOT of places should open up in June and July.
