[Statistics] Bike Theft

I've heard that instances of bike theft in Somerville/Cambridge (hereafter Somerbridge) is lower than in Boston. However, I haven't seen actual statistics to back this up. I spent some time googling to no avail.

Does anyone know of any statistics (and comparative statistics) on bike theft in the greater Boston area?

seems like from gossip and such that davis square is the hotbed of bike thefts but take that with a grain of salt.
