Recommendations on RSI/typing injury doctor?

I've been having some hand and wrist pain while typing. My median nerve is definitely involved, and oddly enough my ulnar nerve seems to be as well. Can't tell about the tendons. Anyway, can someone recommend a local doctor or specialist who is good with diagnosing and treating Repetitive Strain Injury or other typing injuries? Looking for walking distance / T-accessible locations, since I'm staying off my bike until this is resolved.

I had tendonitis (with nerve issues) for 12 years as a result of typing, and after no doctors were able to help me, I went to Barry Meklir of Muscular Solutions down in Coolidge Corner, and he was able to resolve it in less than a year.

He's not a doctor, and doesn't take insurance, he's a muscular therapist and bodyworker, but worth every penny.

Spaulding Rehab in Medford has a lot of people with serious expertise in diagnosing and treating RSIs; I went there several years ago for arm problems. Bus accessible from Davis, though the schedules are a little annoying.

My wife uses Elaine LaCroix at Harvard Vanguard in Davis Square. She had horrible carpal tunnel from a combination of being a pastry chef and pregnant. After visiting the doc, the pain was mostly resolved in 2 weeks and much of her strength returned. Elaine is very friendly and personable as well. That was about 2 months ago. They take most insurance but you may need a referral.

I liked Elaine LaCroix a lot. She's also a specialist with hands; google her for more. And an Occupational Therapist (my favorite super-useful career no-one's ever heard of).

I just recently worked with Catherine at Spaulding Cambridge, which is a ten-minute walk from the Harvard T. She was quite good, and they take insurance.
