Common spaces feature hardwood floors and lots of windows; include living room, dining room, pantry, kitchen, bathroom, back deck overlooking garden in back yard with dogwood tree. Exceptionally safe neighborhood, next door to beautiful park (popular with neighborhood kids and dog-walkers) convenient to Tufts, Sei Bar, Medford Square. Washer/dryer (free, not coin-op) in basement. No driveway but lots of parking always available on street. Currently home to one cat (sadly, we can't have any other pets in the space) and book-loving, professional librarian male. I have petsat for the OP and I can tell you that he is a very good, clear communicator, his cat is a sweetie, and the place is very pleasant and well-kept. If I was looking, I'd strongly consider it myself.
