Fiance came home and reported cops having blocked off Day and Dover. Related?

I have no idea why Dover Street would be blocked off, but the fire response closed Elm Street and Day Street leading to it. Everything is open again now. Except for the Burren, of course, and also Family Dollar next door (which I don't think was damaged).
