I always have a need to stop here on my commute home, but its very hard to get to if you are driving inbound on mass ave. Anyone know a good shortcut except for an illegal U-turn at Rindge and Mass?

Left on Day, right on Orchard, right on Chester, right on Mass. Ave. would do it. But I think the store should lobby for either a cut in the median at their driveway, or removal of the No U-Turn sign.

You might do better to just park on the inbound side of Mass. Ave. (and feed the parking meter if it's earlier than 6 pm)

Thanks tried it last night, that works better than an illegal U. For me I still need to loop back through Davis via Day to get home (near summer and cherry) but not too bad. I think their business would improve with a cut in the median, especially if it allowed a left turn onto mass when leaving.

Take another look now. The city of Cambridge put a break in the median some time in the past few weeks, so cars can turn left into and out of Pemberton Farms. They're celebrating it with an event called Curb Enthusiasm this Saturday from 2 to 5 pm.

The hours are also on their website. However, the website mostly emphasizes mail-order rather than their retail store.

Ah. I looked on the home page, and on the About Us page. All that other text was just a blur of gift baskets and other things I have no interest in.

Their site is odd; if you'd never been to their store, you'd assume that they were a fruit-basket and chocolate gift box shop, not a gourmet grocery store and deli with a large beer and wine selection. I've lived here for five years and I've never seen anyone walk out of Pemberton Farms with a fruit basket.

Yeah. I've often wondered if I'm looking at the right website. Then I remember why I never look at the website: there's nothing really useful there, and I can never remember where they hide their hours :(
