Crime Alert: break-in on Chandler St. on Wed. afternoon

I got this message from a neighbor this morning:

"There was a break in probably between 2-4 PM on Wed. 9/21 on Chandler St [down towards Park Ave end]. The first-floor apt was entered and [a laptop and other items] were taken. If anyone saw anything suspiscious, let the police know.
Also, be on your guard. These things usually happen in batches."

Not sure how often you check the DSLJ, but I just posted about my downstairs neighbor getting hit at beacon and forest near porter and wanted to pass the word along.
