Awesome apartment for rent Nov. 1st
Oct. 8th, 2011 01:23 pmHi, folks. I've been watching this community since before I moved to Cambridge, and I love all the information! However, it turns out I'm leaving the area, and my apartment is available in a few short weeks.
Here are the details:
2 bedrooms, 2 bath, open floorplan in the living area. The kitchen has a ridiculously large amount of storage and counter space (seriously, I <3 this kitchen). Hardwood floors, granite countertops, marble bathrooms. Air conditioned, dishwasher, washer/dryer in the unit, wine fridge. Additional basement storage. The building was completely refurnished in 2003, so windows and appliances are all new. There's a backyard that's shared with the other 2 units in the building. It's a quiet street, but 2 blocks from the bus to Harvard Square. About a 20 minute walk to Porter. 15 minute walk or less to Whole Foods and Trader Joe's. No dedicated parking spot, but there's loads of parking on the street - even with all the snow this winter, I never had to park more than 1 block away. Usually there's a spot right outside the front door. The landlord is really easy going. $2500. It's located at Fayerweather and Walden in Cambridge.
