Wikipedia claims that the ProJo was called the Journal-Bulletin from 1992 to 1998. Was the show set during this time period?

Nope, it was 2007. And even if it wasn't, I grew up in RI and everybody called it the Providence Journal, which is probably why they dropped "Bulletin" from the name :)
