Legit places to sell baseball cards/gold?

Hi all; I'm a longtime lurker, and first-time poster.  I wanted to see if folks had any recommendations for places that buy either baseball cards (from the late 70s-early 80s) as well as a few small pieces of gold jewelry.  I see a lot of places around, especially for gold, but I don't want to get ripped off.  Any suggestions (especially if you've had personal experience) are much appreciated.  Thanks!

I don't trade in baseball cards, but I have seen one or two places that advertise about baseball trading cards on Bromfield Street in Boston (near Downtown Crossing T stop). I'd also guess that you would want to find a different place for gold jewelry. You can try googling for "trading cards" or "Baseball cards" and "Boston".

Sorry I'm not much help, but I was amazed by the rudeness of the other responder, and I didn't want a first time poster to not get any kind of a reasonable response.

There is a gold/coin place on Bromfield called JJ Teaparty. I've been using them for years at the recommendation of two downtown jeweler friends. Decent prices paid, honest, knowledgeable people.
