Housing needed

Hi all, I am looking for an apartment for ASAP (see: as close to now as possible)
The Davis Square area would be ideal for me.


*Must be cat friendly

*Must have laundry in the building.

*Must be 1st or 2nd floor or in a building with an elevator.

*Must have a full bathroom

*Must have adequate living space (no living-in-a-broom-closet)

* Must be a 1br (or larger if it falls into the 1br price bracket) NO ROOMMATES.

*Prefer hardwood floors (not a deal-breaker, just a preference)

There are different rent caps for every city. I have a few of them. Very few. They are different depending on whether or not the utilities are included.

SOMERVILLE: $1234 *if* utilities are included- estimate about $200 less if they are not.

Boston: $1213 if included

Cambridge: $1362 if included

NO REALTOR FEES. (I am on disability and can't afford it)

Again, they don't give exact figures for when utilities are NOT included, but they say to estimate 200 dollars less if they are not included (100ish if one is and one isn't, etc)

Again, HIGHLY T ACCESSIBLE, NO FEES, NO ROOMMATES. Thank you.

Me too. I am hoping there is a silver lining that I will now be able to live in an area I WANT to live in. I am just so weak right now. I don't want to have to move in winter. Blah.
