RISO printing?
Dec. 7th, 2011 11:14 pmHi folks! First, I just want to say that this community is awesome. You all rock and thanks for the community-feelingness.
I'm a cartoonist and I love different ways of printing/screen-printing/book-binding. Right now I'm obsessed with RISO printers from the 90s which print using different colors of ink. They give a screen-printed look, and the colors look great layered over each other. I've heard rumors that there was one at a Cambridge public library and one at Somerville Highschool. But I'd love to find a community of artists that has one or someone who has one tucked away in a basement.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
