What do all the freelancers, home office folks, and super small businesses do for the holidays? Chances are, with no co-workers to party with, there's little holiday cheer for you. Don't just dress up your dog, come party with us!

If you're in an office of 1 or 2, or if you have no formal office at all, come to this lunch-time gathering to celebrate the end of the year with other area small business owners. This event is open to tiny office and office- less workers from all neighborhoods. Pass the word!

Event is Friday, December 16 at 1 pm in Union Square, Somerville.

Complete cost for lunch is $15.

Bring along a Secret Santa gift to exchange (valued at $5 or less) that represents your business to network and spread holiday cheer at the same time. Could be a mug or a keychain with your logo. Or if you're a graphic designer, maybe bring greeting cards with an image you created.  If you're a carpenter, maybe bring a hammer. Be creative!

The event location is in Union Square, Somerville. Restaurant details will be sent to all those registered before the event.

This sounds awesome, but it's the day of my kid's birthday party and I have to be home to get ready. I would love to be on a mailing list for any other networking events like this. (I'm a professional organizer with a home office.)

I would love to attend, but I am spending that day making product for a holiday faire the next day. So my small business prevents me from small business networking. Pesky thing.

Hi! What are you making, and where are you selling it?

at this time, it looks like it will be:

Simple Syrup, Pineapple Syrup, Grenadine, Orgeat, Cranberry Syrup, Mint Syrup, Chocolate Syrup, Chocolate Mint Syrup, Caramel Syrup, Mulling Syrup, Ginger Syrup and Cinnamon Syrup.

I may also have mulling spices on their own for use in tea balls, depending on packaging. I am *hoping* to have at least one type of bitters, but I am not sure what they will be. Also depending on what my supplier does, I may have lemon basil rimming salts and cinnamon rimming sugar, but I am not hopeful (estimated shipping date for the containers for those is December 17th, the day of the show).

I will be selling at the Pandemonium GeekFaire (http://pandemonium-bks.livejournal.com/267535.html), from 12-6 at Pandemonium Books.
