BICYCLE CAMP!

2 weeks, June 20th to July 1st, 2005
Mon. - Fri. 9:00AM to 3:00PM

Waltham, MA
Cost: $500. (Includes all material fees)


Bicycle camp starts each day with a two hour class relating to bicycle riding and mechanics. Children will learn how to inspect their bikes for safety, how gears work and proper use of them, fixing flats, patching tires, head alignment, axle construction, when and what to lubricate, optimal body mechanics for safety and pleasure, proper signaling techniques, as well as much more. After lunch we will all get on our bikes and put that knowledge to good use! (There will be two groups if necessary to accommodate different skill levels of riding.)

Thanks! I'm actually thinking of doing something for adults too next year perhaps. Evening or weekend type classes/rides for you drones ;>. Until then though, most of the bike shops around seem to offer similar type one shot classes, you might want to check into it.
