The state is expected to announce plans soon to build the MBTA's Green Line extension through Somerville and West Medford, one of the transit projects legally required as part of the Big Dig, said state and local officials who have been informed about the plan.

Date: 2005-05-12 08:46 pm (UTC)The reason: long URLs like that one force the browser window of a friends page to go wider since there's nowhere to wrap the line. If you don't have a big monitor you then have to scroll left-to-right to read every line on your friends page.
