Short-term sublet across from Trum Field

Hi everyone,

Thought it would be useful to post here about our apartment. Our current lease runs through the end of May, but we're looking for someone to take over as of March 1st (with option to sign on for another year).

The apartment is 2-bedroom, recently renovated, with 2 off street parking spaces. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and a dishwasher, with stainless steel appliances. Pet-friendly.

As I said in the title, we're literally across the street from Trum Field, which means we have a perfect view of 4th of July the fireworks off our front porch.

For the duration of the sublet, we would also include a futon, couch, table, and dresser.
