DSLExtreme - any experience or opinions?

At the beginning of this month, Newton-based Galaxy Internet Services stopped providing residential DSL Internet service, and turned all of its customers (including me) over to a non-local company, DSLExtreme.

Do any of you have experience with or knowledge about this company?

I have to say, I'm not finding any good reviews, but maybe that's a self-selecting reviewer problem?

Maybe it's time to enter the 21^st century and switch to cable Internet? ;)

What kinds of speeds do you get with DSL these days, anyway?
