I'm subletting my room in an apartment within a duplex house. Its about a 5 minute walk from Davis Square T stop so quite convenient (especially now that there won't be shuttles running on the weekends). Below is the blurb I posted at my school.

One bedroom available in a lovely 3 bedroom apartment that's located 1 block from the 77 bus, 1/2 block from the 83 bus, a 5 minute walk from Davis Square and 8 minute walk from Porter Square. The bedroom is available May 1 through August 31st, with the possibility of extending the lease for another year. The room is approximately 10' by 10' with two windows facing southwest. Rent is $700 a month and the security deposit is also $700.
