Has anyone used an ergonomic consultant in the area? Could you recommend them? We're designing workspace in our new house and would like to do right by our backs, arms, etc.
I tend to use the MIT guides, which now include OSHA guides, for ergonomic issues. http://ehs.mit.edu/site/content/ergonomics
I'd only break out a consultant if I was looking for full workspace analysis and design, and then I'd be looking at ... well, I wouldn't call it Ergonomics Consulting since it would include organizational and time-motion. Maybe I'm behind the times on how such things are labeled.
