No, seriously, last week's weather made me itch to play baseball or softball again, and I haven't in years. Can anyone recommend a local league, and/or loose association of pick-up games? I found this: http://www.bostonbaseball.com/massachusetts.php but it seems like a lot of information to go through, and I might have better luck with personal recommendations.

I'm looking for something not very competitive. I am not a very competitive person, and I'm also not a good baseball player. Also, I can't join a team that will need me to be there for every game, because my work schedule is unpredictable and includes some weekends. On the other hand, I'm also looking for a group that will not describe themselves as a drinking team with a baseball problem.

Anyone have any ideas? Recommendations (or words of caution) if you are familiar with a specific league?
