Tufts or Davis area April Fools traditions?

Since April 1 is coming this weekend, just wondering if Tufts students or Davis locals traditionally do largish pranks on their own grounds or in nearby neighborhoods, kind of like MIT and Harvard do on campus. Should I make a special point of walking the area this Sunday? (Before starting my annual snipe hunt, of course.)

We have snipe here?! I have always wanted to go on a snipe hunt but no one would ever take me! I went to college in the Southwest and people always talked about how fun they were, but since I had never heard of snipe I thought they didn't exist here. This is the best news I have heard all decade!

Around here, snipe hunts are usually combined with snark hunts.

OK, looks like we're clear to hunt snipe this year. Bring your pumpkin nets and empty tissue boxes to the Powderhouse Traffic Circle, 6am Sunday.

I just got back from Powderhouse! That was awesome! I couldn't find pumpkin nets, so I brought a mesh laundry bag that was big enough to hold a pumpkin and only had one empty

tissue box, but it worked. My friend also told me I should bring a colander and wooden spoon to scare the snipe out. It worked! I am now the proud owner of a snipe! Thanks for organizing this!

Yeah, went great! Snipe must cluster around college campuses, with all those post-party leftovers scatted around to attract them.
