We currently live in a beautiful place that we are moving out of and are trying to find replacement tenants for.  The apartment is in a two-family in Medford, on the Somerville border, just north of Ball square, right off the Tufts campus, and a 12-15 min. walk to Davis Square.  Three bedrooms, one bathroom, hardwood floors, coin-op laundry in the basement, off street parking, pets allowed, $2200/month.  The place gets great natural light, we have lovely neighbors upstairs, and we've been very comfortable here for the past five years. Lease would start June 1 and run through August 31, 2013.
