Anyone know any studios or 1-BR apts around Davis?

Hi

I'm a long-time reader but haven't posted before. I'm trying to move back into the area. I have a little office near Porter Square and I'd like to be near Davis or Porter. I don't need parking and small space is OK; I'd like to hold the price down if possible. I have a PhD, I don't smoke, don't have pets, and I'm very responsible. Anyone know of anything? Thanks!

ETA: I ended up going outside the Davis Square area; I found a spacious studio that I just loved up in Spring Hill, on Highland, and signed a lease there. It'll be an easy bus ride or a pleasant walk (when the weather is good) to Davis.

Apartments seem to be hard to come by in the Davis/Porter area right now. I'm looking for a 1BR too.

I am leaving my apartment, its listed for Aug one on CL but I can probably be out sooner - maybe even July 1. Five min walk to Davis, rent is 1400 drop me a line if you are interested and I can give you more info.

Hi, I'd be very interested in hearing more about your apartment. Its in the exact area that I'm looking (been living in Davis for 11yrs) and the exact move date 8/1 (though I to can be flexible on the exact date). Ofcourse, I don't want to poach on Lexfauxfrog's inquiry, so first divs to him by all means. Thanks.
