According to the Boston Business Journal, the opening of the Stoughton Ikea back in 2005 made the Somerville store unnecessary, and now the permits are about to run out again:

Red Bull Arena, the (obviously) NY Red Bulls' new stadium in Harrison, NJ, has shuttles from public transport and almost no parking and it's working out pretty well.
