Alfresco restaurant closed for "minor improvements"

Alfresco restaurant, at the corner of Highland and Cutter avenues, has all of its doors and windows papered over. A sign on the front door says "Closed for Minor Improvements. Sorry for any Inconvenience..." Anyone know more?

(Yes, there was a post here yesterday by pch1 on the same subject. It's gone now, and none of us moderators removed it. We have no idea why it disappeared.)

Now it has a new sign, whose name keeps falling back out of my head. But I guess it's reopening as a differently-named restaurant. Anyone know if it's been open as Alfresco in the intervening month and a half?
(Of course, when I saw the new sign, my first thought was "wait, out of the blue closed?" Yeah, how many years ago was it that they moved out of that location? =P )

To my knowledge, Alfresco closed at least a few days before my post (and pch1's), and never reopened. It's now M3, but don't bother looking at their website yet because there's nothing to see. This Davis Square LJ thread about M3 is more informative.

Oh! Thank you! This place is going on my must-try list, as a northerner who is perfectly happy with Southern-style but doesn't match-up-to-someone's-grandma's cooking.
