Apartment Share available ASAP in West Somerville, $600/mo. + utils. Looking for a single M or F to share a small 2-bedroom apartment with me (31-F), my daughter (2-F), and our cat. You must like kids a whole lot.

2nd-Fl. slightly ramshackle smallish apartment w/front, rear balconies & backyard, near Davis Square. Eat-in kitchen (w/my office space), small living room. Available bedroom is facing the backyard, about 10X12, with a small closet and two (newish) windows. Washer-dryer and some storage space in basement, on-street parking. We split the RCN bill: $95/mo. total for cable modem, basic cable TV, and basic local phone. If you have a computer, you can network it to mine, or if not, you can borrow mine when I don't need it for work.
I work from home, and my kid is here all day Mon. and Tues, as well as every other weekend, so we are around a lot. Although I make an effort to be a considerate roommate, I can't keep things perfectly quiet or neat. The kid is an exceptional child-- bright, fun, happy, and well-behaved, but she is also loud, messy, and throws the occasional tantrum.
I am, and would hope you’d be: smart, arty, spiritual (me in the Jewish/Pagan sense), reasonably neat, fun to be around, and someone who enjoys eating well and sharing meals. We are omnivorous, but can appreciate vegetarian food. I am very open-minded about different beliefs, sexualities and lifestyles—but no smokers/heavy drinkers/illegal drug do-ers, please. I have people over from time to time, and very occasional parties - you are welcome to do the same. No more cats, but a caged pet is OK. The apartment is totally furnished, albeit in "Salvation Army." If you have common furniture to contribute, I'd consider trading up. Oh- and it would be a one-year lease.
