It looks to me that they will stream every Eastern Conference finals game. One catch is that to stream it, you need to get cable from one of their approved "providers," but that includes Comcast, RCN, and Verizon FIOS.
Sorry, when I said you needed to get "cable" from one of the providers, I didn't mean cable television channels. It is sufficient to have an Internet subscription through one of them. I cut cable TV myself but have RCN as my ISP, so I was able to stream.
It's one of those recent changes that I just kind of discovered one day. I've been pleasantly surprised with all the content I get on ESPN3 -- last year's Women's World Cup Soccer, for example, and the Cotton Bowl. I haven't watched the Celtics yet, but probably will catch a game or two online.
