Bike Friday this, er, Friday

I haven't seen any publicity about this, but this coming Friday is the second Bike Friday of the summer. This is Boston's monthly bike commuter party at City Hall Plaza, with free breakfast and coffee and a bike expo with live music, and they run guided bike convoys from various places. The Cambridge convoy leaves Davis at 7:00 am, and the Lexington/Arlington one stops in Davis at 7:40, both at the Holland St entrance to the T station.

They would like you to register (at the link above), but I don't think it's a problem if you don't.

Thanks for posting this. I don't know why they picked June 15 for this one, instead of the usual last Friday of the month.

Perhaps to avoid any early 4th of July things?

That would be way early for 4th of July. And the August one is on the 31st, right before Labor Day.
