- Large (12' x 14') attic bedroom for you.
- Small workshop in the basement for occasional use.
- Living room, dining room, kitchen, bath
- Off-street parking for vacations and snow emergencies.
- Free laundry in basement
- 2nd & 3rd floors of a 2-family
- Porch
- Hardwood floors
- Small back yard

The roomies:
- 2 cats (one more negotiable)
- 40-yo female software person (that's me -- Carolyn).
- Burner, outdoorsy, artsy, geek- poly- glbt- etc- friendly.
- I usually go out to party, but occasionally like to have movie nights or craft nights. And a big-ish party, although rare, is not unheard of.
- I own the place, so the landlord is easy to get in touch with.

You:
- Responsible, reasonably quiet, reasonably clean (serious neat freaks might be happier elsewhere), reasonably laid back
