Need a Roommate?

Hi everyone!

I'm looking for a room for August 1 and was wondering if anyone knew of an opening. I'm looking for somewhere that $625 a month or less (preferably less, obviously) and close enough to any major T stop in Somerville or Cambridge. I consider Inman "close enough" to Central, but Union just a bit too far away from Sullivan, for example.

I don't smoke, have no pets, very communicative and open; no passive-aggressiveness here. I've always paid bills and rent on time and am good at keeping the common areas clean, but am not a neat-freak. I've always happily and readily shared chores around the apartment and look to continue that in the future. I like to think of myself as a mixologist, so I do drink, but I'm definitely not a "drunk every night, out till 2" sort of guy. In general, I'm pretty quiet and respectful of other people's space.

I have a (small) room opening up for August 1st in Winter Hill. It's $550/mo. We're 50 feet from the 89 bus and a block from the 101 and the 80, which all run to different stations (Sullivan/Davis, Sullivan, Lechmere).
