Power out in Central, Harvard; delays on Red Line

Power down, exploding manholes!

My office near Harvard Square lost power entirely, and so have many but not all homes, businesses, etc. Who knows when it'll be back up. Don't take the red line if you don't have to.

I live between Central and Harvard and the power was out there until 10pm -- and had probably been out since midafternoon, because my laptop battery was drained by the time I got home at 6ish. I bet it took so long to fix because of the strike.
