Orthopedist recommendations?

I need an orthopedist, or possibly just a physical therapist in the Davis area. (I'll probably go to the orthopedist, who will tell me to go to a PT...) Does anyone have any recommendations? I can just pick someone from the Harvard Vanguard group, but if someone has some experience, that would be great! thanks

I saw Alyssa Okun at the Somerville Harvard Vanguard and I can't say enough nice things about her. She was fabulous!!!

Not sure when he opens, but Ithamar over at Outpack PT (soon to be opening across from Highland Kitchen) was working with the Harvard Vanguard group in Kenmore and has methods and training I really respect.

Scott McDonough at the Marino Center on Mass Ave near Davis. Multiple recs for him in this thread (http://davis-square.livejournal.com/1980610.html) and probably some others.
