Last day to register to vote!

If you've been putting off registering to vote for the upcoming election, delay no longer, for today is the final day.

Fortunately all town halls in the state will be open until 8pm to accept last minute registrations.

Somerville's City Hall is at 93 Highland Ave, at the intersection of School Street. Their offices open at 8:30am.

The Cambridge Election Commission is at 51 Inman St, a couple blocks outside Central Square.
Arlington is 730 Mass Ave, Medford is 459 Main St, all towns are listed here: http://www.sec.state.ma.us/ele/eleclk/clkidx.htm

And if you somehow can't get to your city or town hall today, go to another one. All of them can accept registrations statewide.

You can also fill out this PDF, print it out, SIGN IT, and mail it to your city or town hall. But if you do this, make sure that it has today's postmark on it. (If you drop it in a mailbox, make sure it's before the last pickup time. Better to bring it to a post office counter and have the stamp cancelled while you watch.)

Also, if you can't get to any city hall, there will be volunteers *at* the Davis Square T station this evening who will register you and turn in your form for you!!

Similarly: there at least this morning appeared to be similar volunteers at Porter Square Station, I imagine they'll be there throughout the day as well.

They helped me register a few weeks ago, it was super easy and convenient! and I have gotten official confirmation that I'm good to go for the election now :)

Uh, I hope they turn the forms in on time, or there could be a lot of unhappy people on election day.

yep! The city halls are open until 8pm, so volunteers will be out until about 7pm and then taking the forms in to city hall.
