uhm. so there's this apartment, and it's here in Somerville near Clarendon, and I had a roommate, and then I had another roommate, and then the first roommate decided, three days after moving in, to move out, and the second roommate decided to take her room, and I am going to bang my head on something hard in frustration.
So. There is this room. And its in a basement, and it costs $600 a month, plus utilities (last month's NStar was $22), and a share of the internet if you want it ($13.50 a month), and you will have a bathroom that is 90% yours (no one else will shower in it, people might use it if they are on that level when they need to). There are 3 common areas (planned reading room upstairs, front room, rec room for gaming and tv downstairs). Eat in kitchen, new stove. Lots of storage, laundry.
1 cat. Open to another cat, but you must share my attitude that cats are going to fight for the first week or two that they live under the same roof, and as long as no ears are torn and no one is blinded, the cats will figure it out for themselves. Expect to pet the cat who is here; you will not be given a choice. That's not me talking, that's the fact about the cat. She thinks humans with those petting things at the end of their arms are the best thing *evar*.
I am a web developer/bartender/puppeteer. The other roommate is an EMT. We are both poly and kinky, but we discovered that as an afterthought, and you should know we are but you do not need to be yourself. I am nocturnal, but very very quiet. But if you are also nocturnal, there is company. I do intend to have gatherings, though I do not expect them to be hugeous.
You should be relaxed, playful, etc. Introvert or extrovert is not as important as someone who does not mind 100 rubber duckies in the bathroom, and the cast of the Theatre@First puppet performance of Shakes v. Shaw hanging out at the top of the stairs in the front room.
available....oh, monday. I mean, I expect you'll be aiming for November 1 or later, but monday is there. First/Last, no deposit, and you will be on the lease.

Date: 2012-10-30 06:28 pm (UTC)I've been looking for a place for months, and I have a cat. This sounds perfect for me, and I'm happy to move in immediately. I'm a bit introverted, but am happy to say hello, how ya doin, what's up. :) I currently live in Cambridge, and Somerville is exactly where I'm looking to move. You can contact me at six one seven, 388 - 979 three, or e-mail me at tjholzinger@gmail.com, or message me here! I'd love to move in immediately. It's been a huge struggle finding a place!
