Donating Magazines
Oct. 27th, 2012 03:52 pmGotBooks doesn't take them, the library doesn't take them... I'm running out of ideas and google-fu.
I've got a bunch of magazines along the lines of Smithsonian, Entertainment Weekly and so on, going back at least ten years, in good condition. I can recycle them, sure, but perhaps there's some organization out there that would have a use for them?
Any ideas?

Date: 2012-10-27 11:36 pm (UTC)Older ones (particularly things like Entertainment Weekly) might be better for art projects at local public schools, but new within the last 6 months or so would be more than welcomed at local hospitals - especially hospitals that tend to serve lower income people.

Date: 2012-11-23 03:18 am (UTC)I'd be interested in some old magazines. I do art therapy and use them a lot for collaging. Do you still have them?
I'd love some like the Smithsonian or any with lots of interesting pictures. Please let me know.
thanks
