is it ok to post housing requests here? i hope so...

i'm looking for an apt for $600 or less, near porter or davis, for anytime in august. i'm 24, queer, independent, work 2 jobs and will be going to school in the fall (while keeping at least one job). i'm not terribly social but i might have a guest over now and then. i am open to the occasional party. i play/record music (quietly), cook (mostly veggie), watch horrible tv, and try to be artsy/crafty when i can. as far as roommates go, please be queer-positive, non-judgemental, clean (wash dishes, wipe off counters), respectful of privacy but share common areas. if you're crafty or musical that'd be a bonus but obviously not required. dogs and cats are great, though i do not have any of my own.

We have an opening in Davis for $675 but that includes heat, water, and farm share (Parker farms drops off in my driveway). We are all queer and in 20's and I'm 32. It's a pretty crafty house, knitting, sewing, jewelry making, beauty product making, etc. We have two cats as well.
