Agreed about the location-- I think Oleana is closer, in fact! However, as a non-Davis crasher here, I am THRILLED that this will be opening mere steps from where I live! The Paddock had its... charm... but this should be awesome. Hopefully it will have the same success that Highland Kitchen has had, since foot traffic in this area is lacking (at least until the Green Line stop is built in our children's old age).
