Guitar Techs/Luthiers?

Having trouble getting recs for this so I figured I'd ask DSLJ: Any guitarists out there have recommendations for a guitar tech/luthier who's good with fretwork? I have a 20 year old strat with some pretty beat up frets. Dead notes make me sad. Doesn't need to be someone who's in Somerville/Boston/Cambridge necessarily, but inside 128 would be nice. Thanks!

This recommendation is over six years old, so I don't know how useful it is. The business appears to have moved to Winchester.

Quick follow up for anyone ever in a similar position: Carlino in Medford doesn't do fretwork, but Jim Mouradian does in Winchester. Thanks guys.

You can't go wrong with Jim Mouradian. He has done wonders with my husband's guitars. Also very affordable.

Mick over at Wood and Strings in Arlington is knowledgeable and a good guy. For my money, I get all my work done by Aaron Belyea down at A Street Music in Quincy. Bit of a trip, but worth it for the price and the expertise the guy has.
