Hey guys, so my roommate is moving out, and I've got a room free at a nice two bedroom just outside Magoun Square. It's 534 plus utilities(which are generally low, under 60 a person), easy access to the 89 to Davis, 101 to Sullivan, and 80 to Lechmere and Arlington. 20 minute walk to Davis Square, and an off-street parking spot.
