safe deposit boxes?

Anyone got a comparison of Somerville safe deposit boxes? Cost? Hours of operation? Do you need an account with the bank?

I know the Eastern Bank branch in Davis does not offer them, but the one at Alewife does.

Does our Eastern branch have no safe-deposit boxes at all, or are they all in use? Back in 2008, someone recommended Wainwright Bank (which is now Eastern).

Whatever you do, do not choose Bank of America on Highland Ave.!

I'm not sure; when I asked, they just said no, check with the Alewife branch.
