2 Rooms Available in Spacious Apt. in Davis Sq. 9/1

2 openings available September 1st (year lease) in a large, bright, 4 bedroom apartment 10 min. walk to Davis, close to the Tufts campus. This apartment has a dining room, tv room, living room, 1.5 baths, large kitchen (two fridges!), and front porch. It is on the 2nd and 3rd floors of a three story house. There is free washer, dryer, and dishwasher located in the kitchen. Basement storage available and ample permit parking in front of house. We are two females in our 20s looking for relatively clean, responsible, considerate, queer-friendly roommates, 22-35. We are independent but treat the house as more than a crash pad.

Room 1: $565 (utilities not included): This is a very large bedroom (you can fit whatever you need in it) on the third floor of the house with three windows and a large closet.

Room 2: $565 (utilities not included): This person would actually get two rooms: a somewhat smaller bedroom on the third floor with two large closets and a second room on the second floor. This second room could be used as a study, artist’s studio, etc. (Right now it is being used as a study and holds two desks, bookshelf, filing cabinet, etc.)

Sorry, no pets and no smoking indoors.
