The area by the skylights is quite flat (the problem, I suspect).

We used Fabiano Carrijo (fbncarrijo@yahoo.com, 781-710-8918), to reshingle our roof a couple years ago before installing solar panels.

We thought he was a good balance of quality and price. He doesn't do the most beautiful / artistic job you will ever find (in particular, where shingles from different sections of our roof join each other, the previous roofer did a more aesthetically pleasing join than Fabiano's guys did), but his work is competent and seemingly solid (we haven't had a single leak or lost a single shingle), and his price was the lowest of anyone we got quotes from.

This looks like one of those spam commenters referred to in Ron's posting. Fits the criteria: country is china, message is nonsensical in the context, etc.
