Existing tenant: art teacher in mid-40s. GLBT friendly house. Pets happily discussed.

Generally low-key household in which people are satisfied to co-exist, pursue interests, work. I teach ceramics and have a great time doing it. There is room and flexibility for more furniture in the common spaces.
